These terms apply to the Plint.kz mobile application (the "App"), developed by WIZICO TECHNOLOGIES. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

Intellectual property

Unauthorized copying or modification of the App, its parts, or trademarks is prohibited. All intellectual property rights belong to the Service Provider.

Changes to the App

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the App or charge for services at any time. You will be clearly notified of any charges.

Personal data and device security

You are responsible for the security of your phone and access to the App. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may break the App and its security features.

Third-party services

The App uses third-party services with their own terms, such as Expo.

Internet connectivity

Some features require an active internet connection. You are responsible for any data charges, including roaming.

Liability

The Service Provider relies on third-party information and is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the App's features.

Updates

The Service Provider may update or discontinue the App. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
