Accept the invitation
Install the app and sign in with the phone number your landlord used for the invitation.
Check the property and terms
Check the rent, rental period and deposit. Review the inventory and photos.
Sign the contract
Verify your identity and sign the agreed contract with an e-signature. Your documents are saved in the app.
Payments go directly between the parties. The tenant records a transfer in the app and the landlord confirms receipt.

How does a tenant receive an invitation?
The landlord enters the tenant’s phone number when creating a rental. The tenant signs in with that number and accepts the invitation.
How do I sign the contract?
Both parties review the details and rental terms, verify their identity and sign the contract with a cloud e-signature in the app.
How is rent paid?
The tenant transfers money directly to the landlord and records the payment in the app. The landlord confirms receipt. Plint keeps these entries in the payment history.
What happens to the deposit?
The deposit amount and return terms are recorded in the contract. Plint does not hold the money: the deposit is transferred and returned directly between the parties.
