Delete account

If you want to delete your Plint.kz account, you can submit a request as follows.

How to submit a deletion request

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete account".
  2. Include the email or phone number linked to your account.
  3. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours.

What data will be deleted

  • Your profile and personal data
  • Deal and contract history
  • Saved listings and preferences
  • Verification data

Warning: account deletion is irreversible. All data will be permanently removed.

Processing time

Requests are processed within 30 calendar days of confirmation. Some data may be retained as required by law.
